Consumer Terms — draft
Working draft, not effective terms. Requires legal review, company entity information, effective date, contact details, and approval before public acceptance or charging customers.
1. Service and eligibility
Bro Living provides community coordination, event discovery, planning tools and optional subscription features. Accounts are intended for adults. Independent organizations operate their own events and communities.
2. Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, respect others, and follow community guidelines. Unauthorized access, harassment, spam, scraping private directories, and impersonation are prohibited.
3. Community content
Members retain rights in their content and grant Bro Living the limited rights necessary to host and deliver it according to their selected sharing scope. Organizations must have authority to upload member information.
4. Subscriptions
Paid features, billing cadence, taxes, renewal terms, trial conditions, and cancellation options will be presented at checkout. No payment functionality is active in this preview.
5. Events and external services
Events, volunteer activities, third-party listings, and external integrations may change or be canceled. Independent organizers are responsible for their events; Bro Living remains responsible for its own applicable legal duties.
6. AI assistance
AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect. Users must review consequential actions before submission. AI does not independently create binding commitments without authorization.
7. Termination, disputes and liability
Final terms must specify suspension procedures, export and deletion processes, warranty language, limitations consistent with applicable law, dispute resolution, governing law, and consumer rights. These are intentionally not finalized here.
